Guide for Authors

Important Information for Manuscript Submission

Before submitting your manuscript, please review the "Terms and Conditions for Manuscript Submission" on the journal's website. It is essential to carefully read the "Paper Preparation Guide" and follow all the guidelines. Failure to do so may result in the manuscript being excluded from the review process.

All submitted manuscripts will be checked for similarity using SamimeNoor software to ensure originality.

ORCID Requirement:

All authors must have an ORCID. Click here to get an ORCID code and register for it.

Author Information:

Do not include the authors' names or any identifying information (such as email addresses) in the "manuscript main file" when submitting. The authors' names will only be added at the revision and acceptance stages.

Please submit a separate file titled "Title Page" with the following information:

  • Full title of the article

  • Name(s) of the author(s) (the corresponding author should be marked with an asterisk)

  • Academic rank and institution or organization name

  • Full contact details for the corresponding author, including phone number and email address (email addresses should preferably end with ac.ir or org.ir)

Author names should be listed without academic titles or degrees. The organizational affiliation should be accurately listed (e.g., Department, Faculty, University, City, Country).

Author Order:

The author order in the system must match the order in the "Title Page" file.

Mandatory Forms:

Please complete and submit the "Commitment Form," "Conflict of Interest Form," and "Authors' Information Form" (available in the forms menu).

Publication Decisions:

The journal reserves the right to accept, reject, or edit articles. Authors are responsible for the scientific content of the manuscript.


Manuscript Structure

  • Title:

The title should be concise and accurately reflect the article’s content.

  • Author Information:

When submitting the manuscript, do not include the authors' names or contact details in the main manuscript file. The authors names will be included in the article file only at the revision and acceptance stage.

    • The "Authors' Details" file should include the following information:

      • Author names (without titles or degrees)

      • Full affiliation and contact details for each author

      • The corresponding author's name should be marked with an asterisk

      • Ensure the author order in the file matches the system’s listing.

  • Abstract:

    • Persian Abstract: Between 200 to 250 words, summarizing the introduction, purpose, method (including tools and examples), findings, and conclusion.

    • English Abstract: At least 200 words, up to 250 words. Ensure compatibility between the Persian and English abstracts.

  • Main Text:

The article should be organized as follows:

    • Introduction: Problem statement, goals, research questions, or hypotheses

    • Theoretical Foundations

    • Research Background

    • Methodology: Research method, data collection tools, data analysis techniques, population, sample size, and sampling method

    • Findings: Detailed description of questions or hypotheses

    • Conclusion and Discussion: Interpretation of findings, comparison with previous research, and a summary of results and recommendations

    • Acknowledgments: Acknowledge people who contributed to the study but are not listed as authors, as well as any sponsoring or funding organizations.

    • Conflict of Interest: Authors should disclose any potential conflicts of interest, such as receiving payment or stock ownership that may be affected by publication. If there is no conflict, state "Conflict of interest has not been declared by the authors" before the acknowledgment section.

    • References:

      • References in the text should follow the APA (7th edition) citation style.

      • In-text citations must be in English, and Persian sources must have their Gregorian publication date.

      • At the end of each citation, use "[in Persian]" for Persian sources.

      • Only include recent (last 5 years) and reliable sources (at least 60% of references should be from reputable journals in the last 5 years).


Formatting and Submission

    • Font and Word Count:

      • Articles must be typed in Word 2010 with font BNazanin 13 for the text and Titr 16 for the title.

      • Set margins to 2.5 cm on all sides.

      • The maximum length is 18 pages (up to 25 pages for articles with mixed methods). The article should be between 6000 and 8500 words.

    • Plagiarism Check:

      • All manuscripts must undergo a plagiarism check using Samim Noor's website, and the plagiarism report should be sent to the journal’s email. The similarity index should not exceed 18%.

      • When submitting articles derived from theses or dissertations, the order of authors (student, supervisor, and advisor) must be followed as per the Ministry of Science’s guidelines.
