Identifying the Dimensions and Components of Competitive Advantage and Innovation in the Policy Framework for the Creation and Development of Digital Entrepreneurship in Knowledge‑Based Companies

Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify the dimensions and components of competitive advantage and innovation in policies for the creation and development of digital entrepreneurship in knowledge-based companies. In terms of purpose, this research is applied, and in terms of implementation, it adopts a qualitative approach. The statistical population of the study consisted of 15 experts, including university professors in the field of management and managers of knowledge-based companies in the city of Kerman. To select the sample, purposive sampling was employed while considering the diversity of experts (managers, academics, and employees), and interviews continued until theoretical saturation was achieved.Data were collected through semi-structured interviews. Data analysis was conducted using coding and thematic analysis with the support of MAXQDA software. The results indicated that the most important themes in this area include research and development, the use of emerging technologies, the creation of digital business models, data-driven decision making, digital networking, cybersecurity, the development of e-commerce, digital management and online human resources, the development of digital markets, digital investment, and the attraction of digital financial resources.These findings suggest that digital entrepreneurship in knowledge-based companies encompasses multiple dimensions that can contribute to improving the performance and competitiveness of these firms.
