چکیده

رهبری تحول آفرین یکی از پیش شرط‌های مهم در راستای تحقق انعطافپذیری و نوآوری در سازمان‌ها می‌باشد. بر این اساس، در مطالعه حاضر به بررسی تأثیر رهبری تحول‌آفرین بر عملکرد سازمانی پرداخته می‌شود. برای تعیین روایی از روایی صوری و سازه و برای سنجش پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها ضریب آلفای کرونباخ مورد محاسبه قرارگرفت. رهبرانی که با خلق چشم اندازهای نوین، تدوین و توسعه بینش‌ها و الهام بخشی موجب تحول و نوآوری شده و با برانگیختن پیروان و ایجاد تعهد و مسئولیت پذیری و هماهنگی در آنها، عوامل و عناصر سازمانی را به گونه‌ای بکار می‌گیرند که هم بقای سازمان را تضمین کرده و هم موجبات رشد آن‌ها را فراهم سازند. روش نمونه‌گیری در تحقیق حاضر نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده بوده و حجم نمونه بر پایه فرمول کوکران 212 نفر تعیین گردید و بین مدیران 40 کسب‌وکار کوچک و متوسط در شهر تهران توزیع گردید. پس از تکمیل و جمع آوری، داده‌های مورد نیاز تحقیق گردآوری و با استفاده از فنون آمارتوصیفی و نرم افزار SPSS22 و فنون آمار استنباطی به کمک نرم افزارهای آماری Smart PLS3 با روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده گردید. یافته‏ها حاکی از آن است که رهبری تحول آفرین بر عملکرد سازمانی تاثیر دارد.

Abstract
Transformational leadership is one of the important prerequisites for achieving flexibility and innovation in organizations. Based on this, in the present study, the impact of transformational leadership on organizational performance is investigated. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was calculated to determine the validity of form and construct validity and to measure the reliability of the questionnaires. Leaders who, by creating new visions, formulating and developing insights and inspiration, cause transformation and innovation, and by motivating followers and creating commitment, responsibility and coordination in them, they use organizational factors and elements in a way that ensures the survival of the organization. and provide the reasons for their growth. The sampling method in this research is simple random sampling and the sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula of 212 people and distributed among the managers of 40 small and medium businesses in Tehran. After completion and collection, the data needed for the research was collected and used using descriptive statistics techniques and SPSS22 software and inferential statistics techniques with the help of Smart PLS3 statistical software with structural equation modeling method. The findings indicate that transformational leadership has an impact on organizational performance.
