چکیده

همه گیری بیماری کرونا، تقریباً همه ابعاد زندگی بشری را تحت تأثیر قرار داد که یکی از آنها در حوزه مدیریت و صنایع، مدیریت پروژه در سرتاسر جهان بود. این تأثیر که عمدتاً، با افزایش زمان، هزینه، مخاطرات و دیگر ابعاد مدیریت پروژه همراه شد، مطالعه چالش‌های ایجاد شده را ضروری نمود. با توجه به اینکه بحران پیش‌آمده، مسئله مشترک همه طرح‌ها، پروژه‌ها و سازمان‌ها در سراسر جهان بود، منجر به شکل‌گیری پژوهش‌ها و مطالعات متعددی در این زمینه شد. پژوهش حاضر، با هدف بررسی و گردآوری چالش‌های تاثیرگذار در مدیریت طرح‌ها و پروژه‌ها در شرایط بحران همه‌گیری کرونا صورت پذیرفت. این پژوهش کتابخانه‌ای به روش مرور سیستماتیک 459 مقاله پیرامون محور سوال پژوهش را در مرحله اول مورد بررسی قرار داد و در نهایت 22 مقاله با محوریت چالش‌های مدیران پروژه در داخل و عمدتاً در خارج از کشور انتخاب و مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در نهایت چالش‌های مدیریت پروژه از مطالعات نهایی در مرحله آخر گردآوری، تحلیل و ارائه گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش منجر به شناسایی و معرفی 20 چالش عمده و تأثیرگذار در مدیریت طرح‌ها و پروژه‌ها در شرایط بحران کرونا است. از مهم ترین عناوین این چالش‏ها می توان به چالش‌های فراوانی در تضاد دورکاری با ماهیت پروژه‌ها، افزایش هزینه‌ها و تاخیر در پروژه‌ها و کاهش نظارت‏ها در زمان قرنطینه ناشی از شیوع کرونا اشاره کرد که موجب نارضایتی ذینفعان پروژه‌ها شد.

The epidemic of corona disease affected almost all aspects of human life, one of which was in the field of management and industries, project management around the world. This effect, which was mainly accompanied by an increase in time, cost, risks and other aspects of project management, made it necessary to study the challenges created. Considering that the crisis was a common problem for all plans, projects and organizations around the world, it led to the formation of numerous researches and studies in this field. The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating and gathering the effective challenges in the management of plans and projects in the conditions of the Corona epidemic crisis. This library research, using a systematic review method, examined 459 articles around the focus of the research question in the first stage, and finally, 22 articles focusing on the challenges of project managers inside and mainly abroad were selected and examined. Finally, project management challenges from the final studies were collected, analyzed and presented in the last stage. The findings of the research led to the identification and introduction of 20 major and influential challenges in the management of plans and projects under the conditions of the Corona crisis. Among the most important topics of these challenges, we can point out many challenges in the contradiction of remote work with the nature of projects, increased costs and delays in projects, and reduced supervision during the quarantine due to the spread of Corona, which caused the dissatisfaction of the beneficiaries of the projects.
