چکیده

یکی از مباحث مهمی که در حوزه صنعتی و سازمانی سال‏هاست مورد توجه مدیران و پژوهشگران قرار گرفته، پدیده بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی در محیط کاری است از این رو، هدف این پژوهش طراحی و اعتبارسنجی مدل عوامل موثر بر بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی با رویکرد آمیخته است. این پژوهش کاربردی با رویکرد آمیخته متوالی (کیفی -کمی) اجرا شده است. مشـارکت کننـدگان مرحلـه کیفـی پـژوهش، 8 نفـر از اساتید دانشگاه پیام نور استان کرمانشاه بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری گلوله برفی و به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. داده‌های ایـن مرحلـه بـه کمـک مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته گردآوری و با استفاده از روش نظریه‌پردازی تحلیل مضمون، تحلیل شدند. در مرحله کمی نیـز، 156 نفـر از کارکنـان سازمان صمت استان کرمانشاه بودند، که به صورت تصادفی ساده، برای نمونه آماری انتخاب شدند. داده‌های این مرحله با پرسشنامه محقق سـاخته گـردآوری و بـا اسـتفاده از مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند.بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی، به عنوان مضمون اصلی در نظر گرفته شد و مضامین سازمان‌دهنده و مضامین پایه مرتبط با عوامـل نیز شناسایی شدند و روابط میان آنها نشان داده شد. آزمون تحلیل مسیر انجام شده نیز روابط میان این عوامل را تأیید کرد. مدیران منابع انسانی می‌توانند با شناسایی مضامین سازمان‌دهنده و تقویت مضامین پایه به افزایش سطح بهره‌وری نیروی انسانی خود بپردازند.

Design and Validation of the Model of Effective Factors on the Productivity of Human Resources with A Mixed Approach

چکیده [English]

One of the important topics that has been the focus of managers and researchers in the industrial and organizational field for years is the phenomenon of human resource productivity in the work environment. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to design and validate the model of factors affecting human resource productivity with the approach is mixed.This applied research has been implemented with a sequential mixed approach (qualitative-quantitative). The participants of the qualitative phase of the research were 8 professors of Payame Noor University in Kermanshah province, who were selected by snowball sampling method. The data of this stage were collected with the help of semi-structured interview and analyzed using the theorizing method of thematic analysis. In the quantitative stage, 156 employees of Samat organization of Kermanshah province were selected as a statistical sample in a simple random manner. The data of this stage were collected with a researcher-made questionnaire and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The productivity of human resources was considered as the main theme and the organizing themes and the basic themes related to the factors were also identified and the relationships between them were shown. The path analysis test also confirmed the relationship between these factors. Human resource managers can increase the productivity level of their human resources by identifying the organizing themes and strengthening the basic themes.
